To create a more natural form the legs are shaped using a drawknife and spokeshave, The seat shaped with a Travisher and Scraper, only the tenons are turned on a machine. This piece happily takes work. The Short Perch is to be used as its name implies, a temporary resting place.

Each piece is made to order, from timber selection, dimensioning to the hand joinery and finishing, we pay meticulous attention to every detail during each process.
Due to the handmade nature of our work and to ensure every detail of the finished piece is as it should be, please allow a lead time of up-to 12 weeks. Please note that lead times will vary dependent on our schedule. After an order has been placed we will contact you with an estimated completion date.

To ensure our work reaches you in the same condition it leaves our workshop, we provide our own delivery service to any mainland UK address.
